My cory catfish keeps floating upside down??

I have a cory catfish who keeps giing upside down, then trying to go back staight but will just keep going upside down like its off balance.. Then will just randomly start swimming around doing stuff then if he goes still again he will go upside down??? Please help I dont want him to die or anything☹

What do you feed him, how much, how often? Have you added anything new to the tank in the past two weeks?

I’d normally say swim bladder and to fast him a few days and then feed blanched, peeled peas but this has been going on for a month?

A salt bath wouldn't hurt. It could be an egg bound female. It could also have ingested something that it can't pass. I've suspected filter floss a few times over the years..fish think its tasty as it accumulates grime and somehow goes from filters..into the tank as almost invisible strands.
Many years ago I had a Koi get a big lump and swim crooked. After putting her into a salt bath in summer...sure enough,thousands of eggs passed into the shallow treatment pool and she instantly lost weight.
Those are the two suspects I usually get..rare might be infections or internal parasite. For a fat Cory? egg bound seems a start. A warm salt bath.
