My Cat Very Poorly...

I'm really sorry to hear that, keep us updated and a big hug to you both

Seffie x

ps i'm sure you have already done a lot of reading, but when my cat had FIV with anaemia I found this website useful

http://www.floppycats.com/anemia-in-cats.html

Thanks hun x

It so sad to see him just lying there,he's normally teasing the dog...

Thanks for the link also

here's my snow, his little ears & nose use to be a bright pink, now its so pale

He pulled through last time,so i'm still hoping...
His anaemia count was only 10 this time.(think they said its suppose to be 35 for an adult cat)

Thanks for your support x

Well little update, snowy has perked up and bit and eating more :good:

He went back for a check up and his blood count has gone up to 20,which is better but not the best, the want him to carry on with 2 steroids daily for a further 2 weeks to see how he goes...

That is really good news - fingers crossed he continues to improve :good: is he being a bit more active now?

Seffie x

Thanks :)

Yes he is more active,a bit wobbly, but certainly wandering around more now :good:
