My Cat & Dog

This is my dog Jackson, he's 2 years old (3 in May)
He's from Hurricane Katrina, the SPCA brought him up to Canada (I live in Ontario) from a kill shelter down there

and here's my Kitty, her name is Mindy, she'll be 12 years old this September, my aunt found her as a newborn kitten on the side of the road all with cuts, and extremely sick, my aunt nursed her back to health then we took her when she was about 10 weeks old!

What do you think of my pets? ^^

Thanks! I love her very much! I throw her mouse to her and she bats it back to me, we try and do that every night

Sorry if this sounds a stupid question - you have 'kill' centres in the USA - animals get taken there for the purpose of putting them to sleep, no chance of being rehomed? Or did you mean they are put to sleep if they are not rehomed within a certain time?
