Same with ur bettas Synirr! When I got them in the mail, they were all white. Appereantly, that was Rocket's true color. Otherwise, they all changed.

They were probably just pale from being shipped, but yes, Rocket started out being white

Hey, I got two more bettas, but I can't post pix, as my parents have the camera right now, and they are in a different state. I'll describe as best as I can. My male is a silverish green, reflective body with orange, yellow, and turquoise fins. My female looks almost the same as Pie, cept she has purple spots in her fins and on her head. My female's name is Lemon, and my male's name is Zeus.

Another hint, if I may.

Although keeping your betta in a bowl isn't all that bad..it can make taking a picture a horrendous undertaking.

Walmart sells these little betta bow front tanks..they are like $2-3.
They work very well for taking pictures.

Also, if you have or can get one..a beanie baby box works just as well..and usually cost around the same price.

You can take them out of the bowl and either feed them a little or let them see each other (this promotes flaring, which promotes deep rich colors). And be sure to put something either darker or lighter behind them for contrast (dark fish..light backdrop. Light fish...dark back drop)
