Is that a bubble nest? :hyper:

What do you think?

xx

Wow, can't wait to see it in a couple of months once it's all grown in. It already looks great, in a few months it'll look stunning!
How big is his tank? It looks perfect. any companions going in to join him?

Thanks guys :)

The tank is the minimum I would keep a betta in, its 2.5g, it was a bit of a last minute thing rescuing him and buying a tank lol.

I don't think i would put anything in with him, he seems so happy... and i think the tank is too small to house anything else?

Is that a bubble nest ? I have never seen one before.

I have another tank next to him with endlers and corydoras in :) He went in there at first but the endlers were so scared it couldn't stand it.

here they are together...

Ok now im really jealous

Both he and his tank are absoloutely stunning!!!

Well done! :D

The thing that made this tank i think is the dark substrate and the vallis that i added today, It was only £3 for three bunches that did both my tanks..low demanding too, you should get some :)

Oh yeah, at 2.5 gal there isn't enough room for tank-mates (cept maybe a couple of snails). Shame eh. It looks gorgeous eitherways.

Oh and yes that is a bubble nest. He must be a very happy boy! :D

That is my idea of a Betta only tank! Truly stunning!

What do you use to keep the plants in such good shape?

Yay he must be happy then...a bubble nest! yipeeeee

He had bloodworm today and god did he love it!!

The vallis is new in the tank so we will see if that stays in good shape, just won't dose excel as it melted it last time i used it. The anubias is out of my other tank, I can't wait for the moss to grow :)

Oh and if you have a betta, Lotus really loves playing in the vallis, swimming threw it, around it and even resting on it

Yeah, my Betta, "Claret" loves my Vallis too! :good:

I will most deffinately be investing in some vallis for Radish and i was thinking cambomba too. I did want bogwood but since he's had his rock formation in there there isnt any room  . But the kuhlis love it so i wont move it. I'm currently sat making coconut caves as we speak!!! Quite good fun really, Ive even made 2 spare.

Best betta tank i've seen yet and of course lotus is amazing :D

Aww thanks very much, I appreciate your nice comments

Both of your tanks shown are so lovely...
(If you have more, hope to see pics of those, too?)
Is Lotus as orange as he appears on my 'puter?
(You just NEVER see that colour, but then I don't get good reproduction on this, so maybe it's still never, lol.)
I have a little 3 gallon (? holds more than 3, 4-litre water jugs-full) very much like yours, with a very small 'rescue' betta (this time my ABSOLUTE last, although at least HIS health issues seem to have cleared) in it - wonderful how much 'bigger' plants make those, once they've grown in, isn't it?
My mother presented me with that and some other little garage sale finds, and I thought at the time they were MUCH too small for ANYTHING, but compared to those little containers...
(I won't show that little betta these pics, though - he'd be jealous of how much prettier your betta's tank is.)
