My Betta (Tyson) killed my Platy.....

2day I saw the most horrible thing that my betta did to my platy… I saw him chasing 1 of my platy around the tank so I though that he was just playing with him I went to my room without realising that he was chasing him to kill him after 30 mins when I came back to the living room I saw that my platy wasn’t moving he was just lying at the bottom of the tank so I tap’d on the glass and he dint move and I realised that he was dead he was the most active platy that I had … I am very disappointed with Tyson (my betta), so i went to my local fish shop and got me self a tank divider...

Good that you got a divider.. it could happen again. Some bettas just aren't cut out to be community fish. Sorry to hear about your platy.

Tyson is a really deserving name for the betta At least your platy didn't have ears.. ? OK, sorry, about that comment. I am sorry to hear about your loss though. The divider was a really good move, I think.
