My Betta is acting weird

My betta is staying at the surface of the water near the current of the filter, and seems to be tking lots of gulps of air. He is hyper and swimming almost like he is trying to scratch himself on the surface. I've never seen this before. I just did a water change today. Any ideas??

Water tests are fine.

is he scratching himself against anything? it could be the beginnings of ich.

Yeah looks like it might be ich, symptoms are the same (after reading up). I have a "BettaFix" medicine. Will that help? If not what should I do??

do you have a heater in the tank? that will speed up the life cycle of the disease...i think like 82 F is recommended. some salt in the water may also help...
