It sounds like all your water stats are fine.....so why is your fish sick? One thought has come to mind so I'm going to ask......When you do your water changes have you been making sure that your water is aged and at the same temperature as your tank water? Do you add it gradually? Bettas hate water changes so you have to make sure that you keep that water temperature the same.

Hi thats why im so confused as to why hes's sick, yes i do ensure the water is the same temp and add it gradually hes still remains lethargic, today is now the 7th day of salt treatment
