yes...they are gorgeous....yep...they were used to hunt small bears long long time ago in Japan.

U could also save those poor/helpless akitas in your local dog adoption shelter......instead of being killed by the state cause that's what they do to Akitas....

Mine escaped long time ago...and my girl picked him up at the next town shelter....and we were so lucky that we found him...because it was his last day...the state was about to make it asleep forever. they couldn't take care of him because of it's size and age on top of they don't get along with other same sex dog...

or get one from your local breeder

you just have to be the alpha male of the family don't ever let your akita own you....any kinds of dogs actually...not only akitas.

They are very loyal to their owner....don't worry about that...just don't hit them...cause they would bite even to their owners

Gorgeous Dogs! And Gorgeous Cat! I have no doubt in my mind that the cat is ruler of the house!!.... They have a tendency of doing that huh? I have right now 7 cats and 1 dog (Lord Help Me!) and there is 1 male out of the cats that rules the roost!
