my 30gal just finished cycling

this wat i got. its a 30gal with fluval 204 filled currently with 6 large amazon swords, 1 Bacopa caroliniana, 1 Vallisneria americana and 2 i cant identify along with a number of rocks and a small piece of bog wood which is for my plec thats in there at the moment. i hope to get some angel fish and some gouamis too

im using sand. its better for plant root growth altho my plec likes to dig in it

Very shibby tank you got going there dude!! lol!! !! So sand is a better substrate eh? Do you use flourite mixed in with it to give it some fertilizer? Or just plain aquarium sand? I'm using profile and some river rock, and today i'm gonna go get some flourite to mix in...gonna try and do 75/25 flourite profile. Plants are tearing it up in the profile alone though...its remarkable! Anywho, great picks!!
