My 30 Gallon Tank

I don't have energy and space to hold another big tank.

I hope they live a happy life.

Im sorry but thats just not going to be the case - you need to rehome the problem male gourami - the solution you have here is not good for any of the fish in there - particularly the aggressive male. Hes a fish with potential to grow to 5 inches in what looks like a foot square of tank - then you have 2 angels and an other gourami in about 2 foot by 1 foot which is again unacceptable.... The 30 gallon is right on the bare minimum for all of these big fish.

You also have Zebra loaches on pea gravel which again is not really a good idea

I'm sorry DFT but I agree with Wills. Your tank looks like a 30g tall which is not ideal to start with but even a 30g long would be too small with that divider in there. If you rehome the gourami then the angelfish should be fine in there with the other fish but if your really attached to the gourami then the bare minimum would be a 15 gallon long which I'm sure you could find room for.

Keep in mind I said bare minimum. This size won't stunt the fish but it is not ideal.

...
I don't know what to say. I will think about it. The key problem is indeed the big female Blue Gourami.

You have some great fish in there! it would be a shame to ruin that on account of one fish. I really would look in to rehoming that female gourami as soon as possible. In my opinion all the other fish should be fine to stay so long as you open up that divider.
I know its a tough decision but its the right decision.
