You should separate them, seeing as how they need different water conditions anyways. The pleco is freshwater, and the fiddler crab is amphibious and requires brackish water.

O jeeze how long can the fiddler substain freshwater?

And would my bamboo shrimp and guppy be ok in brackish?

Well I was actually thining about my making tank not normal. well like add unsual fish like crab, shrimp, and dwarf puffers just intresting things and I did research on the dwarf puffer they perfer brackish so I might go ahead and do that. Should i try my guppy in a salty enviroment?

take the fiddler crab back to the store, your other fish need freshwater, and a pleco will not cope with any kind of salt at all, it will kill them.

also, dwarf puffers are freshwater, but they'll also nip and kill any fish in the tank their in with.

alright i'll take him there now but i took my pleco out due to the aggresiveness ,but will a dwarf puffer attack a bamboo shrimp?
