What camera are you using, try change the settings to get a better picture and keep it still, Its hard to make a judgment on the pics now, take some more and post them up.

a good decent cheap camera is around 60 bucks refurbished for a 1.3 mega pixel....

I'd go for something like this:

Optical zoom is a must for taking close ups of fish etc. and 2mp is plenty really!

A bargain i must say and you with Fuji you can usually guarentee it will be a fairly nice lense and build quality.
