I had been looking for an axolotl for a while i had managed to get 2 babies locally but wanted an adult too, and just by sheer chance mudkip appeared in the classifieds on here,so i just had to have him.

Doktor Doris sent him to me and he arrived in Aberdeen on Thursday morning in fantastic health, after aclimatisation he was put into his new home and left in peace to settle in for a while, then he ravished a few earthworms, must say i have fallen in love with him very quickly,

Here he is

Wow, he looks as though he has a lovely new home.

Iam pleased to see that the little chap has settled in.

doris.

And hey, 'I herd you liek mudkips'

Mudkip's a fine looking axie. I too saw him in the classifieds here and after watching Doctor Doris's video decided I had to have my own axolotl. I'm really pleased to see Mudkip's found a good home, he seems well happy in his new tank. I wish you many years of enjoyment.

Who doesnt liek mudkips? :shifty:

That's one healthy big looking axie, I do love these guys, if only I had the space.

Random internet piccy, "if only I had the space" :(.

Tell me about it I am going away in 3 weeks time for 7-12 months living in Thailand and still buying things for my tanks even though I won't see them for ages. Was going to swap out the guppy/endlers for a dwarf duffer last week but resisted and looking on ebay for new tanks.

nice , thats a ovely axolotl.
Shame Mudkip isnt based off axolotls, Wooper is :p

My axolotls still only youg but i love her,
Lilly

Shes gorgeous too

I also have 2 youngsters,a leucistic and a wild type

Becareful, wild types tend to get quite aggressive towards leucistic and albino ones.
I assume this is a mechanism to avoid the survival of them.
3 of my axolotl customers have had their non-wild colours killed by their wild.

So keep an eye out :) :good:

Just did a check up on lilly today, and omg it seems that she has developed in a HE!!!
The cloacal region has seem'd to have doubled in size indicating maturity. So now He needs a new name?
any suggestions?
