Most Least/expensive Fish You Have Bought

cheapest: zebra danios-49 ¢ canadian

most expensive: salmon at safeway-$20

cheapest 30pence for a goldfish
most 40 pounds for a soap fish that poisened itself on the way home so got a refund

cheapest ....50 cents each for a few ghost shrimp

most costly...78 USD for a hard to find color morph of a three beacon pleco :blush:

Most time consuming? the 40 dollars and 2 hours it took for my kid sister to FINALLY get the ring around around the bottle at the carnival for the prize feeder goldfish.... :rolleyes: :lol:

cheapest = neon tetra £1
most expensive = polka dot loach £12

neons now dead but loach is great :good:

Least: Free! I get free baby fish from Petcetera all the time! :D
Most: A betta for around 8.00$

£10 fpr 10x T. Hengeli (normally £1.25)
£42 for 6x Y. Sidmunki

Most expensive so far has been $20/ea for botia kubotai a couple years ago.
I got some fry of Melanotaenia parva for about $16/ea. I thought that was a good deal for some rare rainbows.

I've lately been watching some saltwater fish I want though that are in the $100 range and have seen posts by people who have multiple fish that have cost in excess of $500/ea, so it's a matter of expectations and perspective.
