I've only actively joined about a month ago and in my thinking, the question that comes up the most in this forum is "what species to keep" with other fish....

I think in ratio, the topic of the "dyed fish" (currently bumped back into new posts) has probably had the most viewers to the number of actual responses.... over 8 000 readers to 130 responses, and it was posted in February already...

What other stats can one "draw" relevant to the forum.. e.g. who has placed the all time most topics; what was the most number of topics posted by 1 person in a day; who is the youngest/oldest member of this forum; which topic had the most views with no replies etc. etc. etc. The skies the limit.

who is the craziest person on here checking out the stats about the forum :)

I would have thought the most common question is "Why are my fish dieing?"

Which plant in your fish tank has had the most leaves and how many....................Discuss!

Yeh or "What fish can i have in my tank"

Howdy Colin.... Hopefully your spelling of "dying" was done on purpose, cause I know how sensitive you are to these issues (being the perfectionist that you are).

in the new to the hobby section the most commonly asked question is 'i got new fish a few days ago, the fish shop said it'd be fine, now they're all dead.... why?'

there's more stats available from your 'my assistant' if youre especially sad and like stats like me :D

And who was it that said I,m crazy checking out the stats... Thanks miss W... I'll check out that section for more stats, to broaden my horizons, by why the "especially sad" connotation

Couple of fun questions from two of the more specialists sections:

New worlds: "Can I have 2 oscars, 3 severums, 6 fm's, and 6 cons in a 55G tank? The lfs said it was fine because they are all under 2 inches..." <- Seen more than I really want too

Salty Side: "Can I have two nemos, an anenome and a dory in a 10G tank for my little kids?"

Ox :good:

cos in general people who like stats (and i do include myself in that category) are quite sad :D

only a light hearted comment, dont read too much into it ;)
