btw no colour enhaning(computer wise) has been done.

Possibly even 2 feet.
I like keyholes.
Before I post a link, am I allowed to link to a site that has another fish forum on it?

A 20 gallon is fine for a pair of cons - only a pair of cons. I agree it is a bare minimum considering the males should reach about 6", ideally.

I guess you could put something int with them but i am 100% it will be a punchin bag. Just for an example. Im my 55g i have breeding cons, female was about 3 inches and the male was about 5, a 55g is a pretty big tank and there was 3 other feeders with them...the feeders were forced into a corner and couldnt leave because the cons took over a 4 foot tank and would beat the feeders if they moved so ANYTHING in a 20g with breedin cons is good as dead. :kana:

Many of us don't count crossbreeds and hybrids as species.

female cons have orange scales on them i said "arange" in my previous post but i meant orange they r also usually darker than males and have more blue

:fish: :fish:

i would just keep the two cons in your 20 gallon
but what will you do with all the babies they'll give you every few weeks?

they hav bout 60 at a time and its not every few weeks only if they hav no fry in the tank mine have had fry intheir tank for a lil over o month and no new fish yet

:fish: :fish:

how long can i keep their fry in a twenty with them,or rather how long am i supposed to keep them with their parents?? one more question, do these fish pair up, or does the male go for more than one female??
