hey guys.

i've kept two moss balls for a very long time now, and they have done well for me without co2 and with low light.

my fiancee has a small 10g tank and i recommended a moss ball for her. she has the same eco-complete gravel
i have, and DIY co2 just like i have. she puts liquid nutrients like i did for over a year, and has also low lighting.

the only difference (besides tank size) is that my temperature stays at 78F or so, whereas her tank can reach 90F on a daily basis.

this is what her moss ball is looking like after a little over 2 weeks of it being introduced to the tank:

is the temperature what is killing it off? if not, what could be? do you think the moss ball is past the point of bouncing
back if i were to put it with my other two? or will it flourish again if put in a "better" environment?

thanks for the help. :good:

i would also like to know the answer to this mine are half yellow ad seem to not be going all yellow or all green just staying as they are. Would love to know how to get them to pick up, i gave half to my girlfriend and they are lovely and green

90F is very hot imo =/

but im clueless apart from that, i thought moss balls were very easy to keep

well i'm going to move it into my tank and see if it bounces back. -_-
