Mosquitoes lavas in fry tank

Howdy!
I have a 20 gallon tank with twig catfish fry and fire shrimp that has a mosquito problem. I’m pulling 20-30 larvae out a day. I’m wondering what fish I could introduce to control the larvae without endangering my fry and shrimp. Maybe a surface fish like a hatchet Fish?

Honey Dwarf Gourami or Hatchets or Killis or Chocolate Gourami's would be cool

don't add fish, just scoop the mozzie larvae out and feed them to other fish in other tanks.

Small fry are food for nearly all other, larger fish so adding any fish to counter mosquito larvae would be counter productive. As @Colin_T suggested, just feed the mosquito larvae to other fish - they're a great free food.
