I think it also might be because there's not enough oxygen in the water for him.. I'm going to buy an airstone and see if that helps. Let you all know how it goes!

Hope the little guy pulls through! From that last video, def looks like some kinda of swim bladder problem.
Or if he is taking in too much air and not expelling it... no idea what could be done w/ that. Hopefully you do find a solution though b/c that lil betta def isn't giving up
