When I came home this morning and went to feed, there was a wonderful spawn of pale yellowish tan eggs and I think a few black ones. I don't know if all three species is spawning, but somebody besides the pandas got very active overnight.
I collected eggs on the light green artificial cloth plant leaves shielding their home caves on the bottom, on the plastic plants floating upside down at the top on their plastic discs (that are suppose to hold them on the bottom--I added them and let them float like that after xebadir's suggestions), and on the large long stemmed floating leaves of a plant. It was a good sized spawn.
The sterbai/Brochis splenden/melanotaenia tank also got jiggy and plastered the tank with eggs. They were on everything. Their net has fry in it that are getting IDable. They are either longfin aeneus or melanotaenia. The LF aeneus are no longer in that tank, so any more like them will be the melanotaenia.
