More Cory Babies!

Update- all cory fry still doing well and coming out of hiding from under the bit of moss ball i put in there :good:

Unfortunately the 2 eggs didn't hatch,i think they got food etc stuck to them when i had them in the tank with the fry, whether this led to them not hatching?

Anyway corys have been at it again unfortunately the platys beat me too the eggs!!
Can you rehome the platies for a short time? Trust me, in a month's time you will get more eggs than you can deal with.

I have 6 platies,3 are due to drop fry very soon,so i don't really want to move them.

I'm quite happy getting a few eggs each time if i can,i haven't got the room for too many at once. :)

All 8 fry are still alive and growing bigger :) one cheeky one has decided he likes to investigate the sponge filter and find he/she going up and down it

I do hope they all make it :)

Hi Harlequins :)

Your cory is probably finding tiny microorganisms growing on the filter already. That's a good thing. :D

thats amazing they look like baby guppies to me

keep up the good work :good:

wish mine would do that, but i dont think theyre happy enough atm, will have to wait and see when theyre in the bigger tank

Thanks :good:

I couldn't believe how tiny they were when they hatched, looked like little black dots with hair strand tail, now they have a shape and acting like little cories, wiggling about

lol bless em.

i must admit i love to watch corys, the way they scatter about. the albino ones are funny to watch as they rely on sense of touch, but my other half dont like em lol

They're still growing well ^_^

How can anyone not like corys

I found yet another egg from the corys today hid on a silk leaf :) how the platies missed that un i dunno
