Moonlight Led Strip Do It Your Self

Is this ok for the fish? will they be able to rest properly?..Is this intended to be left on all night or just evening..thanx

Blue "moonlight" leds/lamps are fine for the fish. Its not supposed to be left on all night but wouldnt do any harm if you did.
It just means you can see your fish's nocturnal habits.
