Monster fish

Anyone seen the report in the news about the monster fish thats been eating the ducks and other birds somewhere in England. Sounds like someones been realeasing somethiing that got to big for the tank.
One witness said it was far to big for a pike. I just caught the end of the report so didn't get all the info. anyone know or going to admit to releasing and Arowana into a lake.

All,
It's across the pond over here in the USA. It is in 7 states I believe and it is a Snakehead fish from Asia. It is mobile and can survive out of the water for up to 3 days! It eats everything up to and including small birds and animals. Sounds crazy right? It is true. Look it up. They are sold here in some fish markets and some knuckle head put a few in a tank, they grew and ate and instead of eating or destroying them, he let them go in a pond near him. That is how it got started here in the United States of America.

There's an article in the Sun (yesterday) about a huge 11 stone catfish eating a swan in Lancs - I'm suprised it didn't choke on the bird

I'm amazed it got a swan - those things are vicious. Whenever we went sailing if we fed the swans they'd attack the boat when we stopped. :0

I saw the end of a segmeant this morning as I was walking out the door. There were huge schools of sharks massing along the shore somewhere,, :0

It's an 8 foot long catfish in the lake in Lancashire. The've had sonar and cameras down there, but the lake is as black as pitch. The locals believe it's the freak weather patterns that has caused this fish to react in the way it has.
The other thng that I felt for were the whales that the americans were trying to save. They managed to push them back to sea, for the whales to beach themselves again. Sort of a mass suicide pact? Why is it americans that has do do things bigger and better than anyone else-even to die???

lol. that'll be the one. one of the wtinesse said it didn't look like a catfish though. I like the idea of the snakeheads. Maybe i'll stick mine in someones bath one day to see what happens. lol ( a joke before you all start)
