Molly’s lips separated from mouth

it looks like her (I think) lips are separated from her mouth!?!! What can I do? What is this? Is this contagious? Pls help . She’s one of the babies I still have in breeder box until she gets big enough, which is soon.

From what I see this thread is a double post.

The OP has attached a video on the previous thread. I wasn’t able to make much of it myself but you might be able to.
