Molly Fry - How Many?

I came home today and discovered that my silver sailfin molly (who i've only had for 2 weeks!) has given birth!

I've got them in a floatation tank and I'm feeding them liquifry (thank god for the late night opening at the LFS on a Wed!)

Now...how many fry should I expect? because I only have 6! Is that a normal amount or should I expect more?

There should generally be more, especially if the fish has gone through pregnancies before. It is a high probability that the adult fish have eaten some of the fry. Keep a lookout. You may still find some fry even a week later.
