well i think the red pest might be fungal (according to a similar pic on my bottle of meds) but i think the big cause would be poor water quality- same with the clamped fins. my fish dont usually get clamped fins, but my friends fish did and she did a water change/cleaned the tank and after a few hours to a day, they were fine. i would do a nice big clean in your tank and add some salt for freshwater tanks and see what happens. seeming that you have fish still in there then i would only do 1/2 the amount of salt. test the water before you put the salt in (if your test strips have a chart for fresh and a chart for salt) i would wait until you put any more fish in for now and watch the other fish. if you do get new ones, look at all of the fish in that tank to make sure they are healthy and no clamped fins. i alway look for active fish (swimming around, picking at the gravel, and swimming all over the tank -not just the top or bottom, at least with livebearers)
