there was a forum about 'becoming a mod' a while back.

The basic gist of it was you needed to have a lot of knowledge on fish, be polite, have a clean past in the forum (ie. not causing a lot of fights, no spamming, etc).

i dont want to cause a fight....(cuz i wanna be a mod someday ) )but im on ur side..i dont want him to keep the oscar but hey..its a free country and i cant unfortanatly stop him. but i do stop him from gettin utha fish.......its a start
