Ok, so need some advice here please.
After what seems like forever researching geophagus and their needs I've decided that I want to set up a tank for geophagus winemilleri and geophagus tapajos. What I want to know is how compatible these two geo species are with each other. They'll be in a tank which is 8x2x2, possibly slightly bigger. Their tank mates will be some rainbow cichlids and assorted rainbowfish. Has anyone kept these two species together? Is there likey to be aggression between them? Do I need to be worried about interbreeding? I'm very new to geophagus, so any advice/experience is appreciated.
