Misty White Water Problem

I have a 5 gallon tank with 1 honey sunset gourami, 2 albino cory catfish, and 2 black mystery snails. But the problem is that every time I change the water, when I turn the lights off at night in the morning my water is a misty white color. How would I stop this from happening?

What kind of filtration are you using?

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum! Sounds like it might be a bacterial bloom. Have you tested the water?
