Mirrors In Tank Good Or Bad

:shout: Hi i have a hex tank on on back 3 are mirrors i out my fish in and there colors have changed and there acting strested out is this due to the mirrors??? i have redtail and silvertip sharks.
 
It could be the mirrors yes. Have you tryed planting it well.
How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

it is a 35 gallon two small redtails ans 1 silver tip shark and they died over nite...i may think it could of been the oxyegen level?????? we had them in a 5 gallon untill the hex was going for 24 hours they were fine in the 5 then went nuts in the hex 35
 
did you move the filter over or is it a new one? This could be a nitrite/ammonia spike? I would get the stats for Wilder asap.

ye, it could be an amonnia strike.

i took a sample of my water to petco and my water is fine they didnt tell me they just got there fish so it was stress moveing from tank to tank.......so thank you im going to let tank run for few more days then try to add them again thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!

are you sure it's 35 gallon ? is it half a hex or a full hex
just checking :)
what are the measurements approx , try and get a liquid test kit yourself hun to keep an eye on the stats as some pet stores only use strip tests which are unreliable and also say that its ok to have a small amount of ammonia and nitrites in the tank

next time you have it tested ask them to write it down for you
