milk in tropical tank

Would the milk not affect the PH? also it would not of been dechlorenated? (that is assuming your kid drinks the powdered stuff).

Forget locks, just use your advantage in size to give him a good telling off and no ceebeebies for the day! ;)

PS also as an after thought, there is God knows what in terms of parasite and bacteria in that tank. My 2.5 yr old had got hold of my net after I'd used it and played with it for the best part of 3 hours before noticed.... next day she had 3 days of upset stomach.... coincidence? Also all the wight in that tank, is it on a cabinet? just waiting to be tipped over? I think you for you childs sake should drill it into them to stay off the tank... my little one does. Now she wont touch any loose equipment lying around either

wouldnt it have been better to just move all ur fish to another tank and do a full water change with all that milk crap in the tank? unless, i suppose that would have stuffed the cycling up, o well keep up the water changes, but dont over do it ur fish may be dying of shock aswell dunno, hope the milk clears up soon, if not i would move all ur fish to another tank until it goes away

Unfortunately this calls for drastic action. You might have to get rid of the kid. :byebye: Those fish could get hurt.

when i was a kid i put my pyjarmas in the tank and killed all the fish

i dont remeber doing it but i remeber them being in the tank

hi guys well after numerous water changes it looks like the majority of my fish have survived the milk incident. i lost 2 blue diamond tetras and 1 baby platy. my wife saw how upset i was about the blue diamond tetras, bless her she went and bought me 2 more.
