Midas Or Flowerhorn

Hi, i was given this fish, as he was getting bullied in my mates tank, but not sure if it's a midas or a flowerhorn as it looks like both

a flowerhorn getting bullied...wow! he must be a big softie then. i have never heard of a FH getting pushed around, more of the opposite.
