Got a great new camera for Christmas so I decided to test it out a bit on the big fellas. Pardon my algae, I need to scrub the back wall )

Poor baby has a bruised lip . Marie was being a pest trying to spawn on his rock last night so a little jaw locking was in order. This is the most damage they ever do to one-another

Oscars make fab pets. Is he/she feeding from your hand yet. I had one many moons ago and I used to hand feed him with Cichlid Sticks etc.

Oh yeah, he'll eat from my hand alright... he's not allowed to anymore after he caught my cuticle once though . Not the most painful of things, but still unpleasant.
