Try this link, sounds pretty useful:

Looks like your tank would be too small for a shoal though

i think i could get away with a small shoal tbh... like 6?

Not sure, rasboras are quite active fish so it would be fair to give them plenty of space to play in.

No. This tank is barely worthy of the name tank, it is an oversized, thirst quenching liquid container... That is very debateable about whether it is fair to put a single male Betta, yet alone a schooling fish species.

 I know it is a serious subject, but I had to laugh at that one!!

yer i agree but yet iv got it and it's going to look crap if its not got anything in it... and i dont want a betta

honestly, do not put any living thing in that small tank other than really a betta or shrimp
hardly even a betta,
that small a tank is cruel to other fish already let alone shoaling fish
ik you may be limited to tank size but do not shoal any fish in a tank that small
either way, make sure you do your research on anything you put in that tank
even shrimp
I hope this helps

i dont really like the look of shrimp... i mean theres way smaller tanks than this out there ? i might be wrong it might be a 33l tank... im not to sure.. i think i could get away with a small shoal of microrasboras there tinny fish... cant get much smaller can you? i know its wrong to put them in there but other wise its going to be a empty tank (its better than neons which were originally planned to go in)

it helped yes =] thanks i might just get a betta then

A shrimp tank with dark substrate a few peices of bogwood, some anubis and lots of moss would look good. You can even try and make a moss wall. I had one in my first shrimp tank and although it was challenging, it looked brilliant. I would say start with red cherries, but if you do not want to get overrun, you could always start with something a little harder to breed. If you do pick anything like CRS, then watch the water quality does not deteriorate in a small tank. You may find that the contrast of the brightly coloured shrimp against the natual greens of a moss wall can be very relaxing. Just my thoughts, but I appreciate that its not for everyone.

As i've said in the other topic, just because you've bought yourself a 20 litre tank and found out you can't put much in it is what happens when you don't research before you buy. I know it's frustrating now that you have bought it, but that doesn't justify putting fish in those cramped conditions just so your purchase isn't wasted. A shrimp tank is the best for this tank.

it was a xmas pressent from my pearents ...
