i'ved decided to put a 150w metal halide on my moray tank rather than messing aorund with several power compacts.

just lost 1 that would of been perfect on ebay so after a basic unit.

Try here... extremly cheap.

Not the prettiest light but they work just as well.

If you are not after pretty, you can do worse than to get old shop Halides and change the bulb. I only paid £70 for two 150W halides. Had to modify the wiring from the remote ballasts (better for keeping heat off tank) slightly, but nothing major.

You get only what you pay for! If you want a good quality long lasting ballast and unit =Hamilton all the way!!!!
