As you might already know, I have a good number of M. Lacustris fry. The pic in my signature is one of the males in the spawning group (that's a recent picture.) The fry are about 3/4 an inch long now. They have about another month of growing to do before I can start to sell them. It's satisfying watching them grow from eggs (at least it is for me.)

& Congratulation! Lacustris are the best in terms of personality.

I may actually be interested in some...I'd like to add at least a couple more to add to my four, and ideally from a different source.

In about a month they will be saleable size and just coloring up. The pics that you see in my signature and avatar are a couple of the males in the spawning group. Really a fantastic strain. I got them from a breeder who has a reputation in the hobby as having some of the best.
