its rely good, but i wanted to change the meidia inside the filter so i do not have to clean it much as i am not at home most of the time as i am a student, and no 1 cleans the tank at home. i returen every 3 months or so...
their are 4 baskets in the filter with a uv lights. at the moment:
bottom : ceramics
next : my old fluval 4 internal filter sponge.(does not cover the whole basket.)
next : floss, bio balls
Top: floss: Pot scrubers.
i wanted to kno how i can get better macanical filteration out of this filter.
i was thinging: a course sponge, meduim sponge, and fine sponge in the first basket
then ceramics
then bio balls
then pot scrubers with floss.
i am not sure where to buy the filter sponges from to cut into shape
any ideas or help thanx
