Meet Bubba

Well, I may not be recognized around here anymore, I kinda took a break from this site and bettas. But I was with my friend the other day, helping her pick out a betta at a Petsmart, and I just saw this lovely dragon scale I couldn't resist. Anyway, meet my buddy Bubba!

Yeah, about that... no.

It was so hard not to buy him. I was trying to resist (the sticker price kinda got to me as a college student), but he was the only one that I wanted.

beautiful boy, is that a plastic plants I see....you may want to change that out for a silk one or real one.....plastic will tear his fins leaving him open for infection. Looks very much like my first betta, beautiful red dragon xx

LilyRose, I appreciate the concern for the plant, as it is plastic. However, it is a very soft plastic that will not rip his fins. I've kept bettas before and I know the consequences of plastic plants, but this one seems safe. But thank you.

Pink dragons? Now that's awesome. I just like dragon scaled bettas in general.

I love dragons, they are my favourite...its a good thing i still have kids, or their bedrooms would be floor to ceiling with 5 gal tanks full of them! lol
