Me Betta is sick . Please help

Hi my little Betta girl started getting red markings and fin rot last week.

Her fins stopped wrotting and all the tears healed but the red marks keep getting bigger. I also noticed a little sore starting to form.

I checked for water quality and amonia and everything is ok.

I treated the tank with Tetra fungus guard.

What do I do to treat the red marks?

How is she acting, still eating and begging for food? Can you test the water again and post the number results?

Bettas are known to change color as they mature. It wouldn't be all that strange especially for a pale/white betta to change colors.

How long have you had her?
How big is the tank
Is it heated
Is it filtered
Is it cycled.

Shes still active begging for food as usual. Follows me whenever Im around.

Ammonia levels a steady .5

The only safe level for Ammonia is zero.
