Do you mean media? If so, I change the floss every time I clean the filter, it is so cheap, (even here ), that it is noty worth doing otherwise. The rest of the media, (Siporax, Ehfimech etc), is ancient. I don't recall buying that kind of media within the last 10 years.

If you mean impellors or shafts, as long as you are careful when cleaning, they also last many years.

wow im hopefully picking my 2213 uptoday and i wondered about the other media lifespan as i would have thought its fairly pricy i was just going to replace it when the time came with pond filter foam cut to shape as its loads cheaper
