Marks Changed His Mind Yet Again Lol

chocolate cichlid ? surely one of them would be fine in your tank as they are also reasonbly peacful and can be kept in singles they reach 12" but your tank soze and stocking would be fine for one

Yeah, I wouldn't be looking at any big fish as the severums will take up alot of room.

My suggestion would include some of the rarer Thorichthys (LIST) species eg:
Thorichthys ellioti:

Thorichthys pasionis

Thorichthys aureum

EDIT: Of course the photo's are clearly of exceptional specimens, but you get the point.

Me too mate, been looking them up and looking around the net trying to find anywhere that has some, but to no avail. I shall persist though, as that would be a nice final additional to my tank. Either that or I might have to get an eliotti (sp) as my LFS has some F1's that are stunning too :D

A fish shop near me (about an hours away) had some ellioti in for £3.95, at the time I didn't have room so couldn't get them. When I did set up a tank I chose honduran red points instead, wish I had room for both as they are both good fish.

i still think you'd love red heads, not sure where 10" comes from though, more like 5", 6 if you get a biggun

really? the profile i read for them said max size 10 inches .
