well i put my sensible head on and decided against getting 3 of those sexy tapajos. reasons being i just couldn sell my jade eyeds as they are starting to colour up really nicely now and ive kinda fell in love with them. also even tho my tank is 1 100ukg is 4x2x2 and i figured that with 3 fully grown tapajos 10 inches each being a tad shy of 3 foot of fish between them coupled with the fact that my kribs have set up a nest at 1 end of the tank just wouldnt be realistic.

plus side tho is i am however going to be re-homing 7 fish to thin out my stockin and will be replacing them with 1 or 2 carefully chosen stunners so its off to google and then tropical fish finder for me lol.

this is geting a tad frustrating now. tempted by rainbow cichlid but put off by being herbivorous as im trying to at least have a couple of real plants. thinking maybe yellow acara but from pics it seems colouration is very variable snd i wouldnt want to end up with a dull 1 . green terror prob too agressive for my tankmates?? Cryptoheros Nanoluteus apparantly rarer than rocking horse s__t

why not have one non-cichlid in your tank i have done this and not regreted it get a senegal bichir so sexy and they swim and act top

it may come to that mate been toying with denison barbs i quite like them. but my passion is cichlids ive got 3 pearl gouramis at the mo but thos are 3 of the 7 fish being re-homed my 4 angels are sold and being collected on monday. im gonna try and find some good cichlids if i cant i may just get some really cool dithers. im not gonna just rush and buy anything tho thats the mistake i made with the angels dont get me wrong i do like them they just aint errrrm cichlidy enough if that makes sense lol

after stock is thinned out in the next couple of days remaining will be red sev green sev 2 jade eyed cichlids ( think these are sajica but not certain see mu other post in new worlds to decide for yourself) blue acara 2 kribs 100ukg

ps forgot group of corys to help keep sand turning over

if its a cichlid you want then why not go for something that grows to around 6-8" iv heard uaru are very good tank mates for severums and they are not aggressive in one way

and the rest, I was thinking about keeping Uaru, (even ordered a few in at work), but after researching them a bit more i found your looking at a fish that gets to around 10-12 inches and ideally needs to be kept in a small group, Also they are really the best looking species available
