Male Or Female

My new little bristlenose felt like being photographed today so i thought i might as well find out what is it.
Or is it too early to tell. it's about 1 1/2 inches long.

Cute!! Not sure how you tell at that age, if it starts growing bristles it'll be male! I have 1 male and 1 female - female has no bristles yet, male has a few!

Someone else may be able to add more!

Looks bluey with big spots and a big dorsal fin to me.

looks too small at the moment.

You might find that it wont develop fully if it is a male due to the presence of the older male
