Male or female German Ram

I am so confused! Lol!

I would love to know if this ram is male or female. I have asked fish groups, several people tell me male because of the no pink belly.
Dorsal spines are slightly taller

And one person who is set on a female(breeds them). Blue shining through black and there won't be a pink belly because there is no male in the tank...

Not that gender matters but she told me this is a egg tube which confirms female.

The coloration plus the body proportions tell me that it’s definitely a male. Unfortunately, the “breeding tube” looks more like a prolapse.

That's what I initially thought, but it's no longer there! Completely back to normal! Active fish

I agree with the above. It's a female.
