Male and female betta's

I orig had 1 male betta after getting a new tank i moved him so he had more room and have introduced 2 females my male is very lazy most of the time and has chased the females a few times but they just do a runner is this gd idea will he get use to them??? also today i happened to look in and seen 1 of the new females rag dolling a neon it had a few bites then looked if as it was stuck in its mouth tail first up to its head but it spat it back out eventually and the other female betta had a wee munch as well as my evil blue ram i didnt know they ate neons thought is was suppose to be the other way a bout?? lol

ps i want to add some plants that r good for your tank and fry as well i only have an onion bulb in each tank at the moment.

Uhoh - you'll have to get all 3 of those bettas out of that tank as soon as you can.
The male and the females will not get along - and the females will harass each other also, not to mention some of your other tank occupants.

Unfortunately you might be stuck housing all 3 separately I'm afraid.

Wow, I'd say get those betta out'a there. one thing the makes and female shouldn't be together, unless your planning to spawn, and there's a lot to do before you put em together even. get 'em some seperate homes. or a bigger tank for the girls and havethem together, and one home for the boy.

how do u house all your bettes?

Here's where all my fish are:

All 6 of my girl bettas share a 10G tank
Harvey/Archie - 10G divided tank
Gabriel/Petey - 2.5G divided minibow
Charlie - 2.5G tank
Lucky - 2.5G tank
Louis - 2.5G tank
Jasper - 2.5G tank
Six - 2.5G minibow
Jack was in a 2.5G minibow, but he died last night
I also have a 1.7G hospital tank and a 1/2 gallon hospital tank.
Once the 1.7G tank frees up my snail, Gary, will be going there to live indefinitely until he gets too big for it. Then I'll figure out a new place for him, too.

So, my 2 bedroom apartment looks like a fish store.
