I dont think they do i tried to find this out before with no avail!

not sure if them fintros exclusive to maidenhead but try warehouse aquatics, they deliver i find quickly and free if over £50!!

yes thats the 1 . the way i see it you dont need to have lfs watr in yours. just before the fintro sinks simply net the fish and release into tank then take out and empty the fintro. and job done slowly acclimatised fish ( kinda important when you plan on spending about 300 quid on discus!)

yep the fintro is made by maidenhead aquatics

i dont think i would trust it.....

ive acclimatised my discus in the bag just adding a small amount of water evry 5/10 mins, take your time and dont rush and they will be fine mate save your cash

the fintro is only £3.99 , and from my rekoning the advantage is that whit the fintro the change in water is slow steady and constant whereas with trhe float the bag and add bit at a time method the change would be in "steps" rather than smooth constant transition.

i bought one of these,i think they are a good concept, and it certainly worked when i acclimatised my pygmys & tetras.

But has someone mentioned, its best to remove fish before it sinks to save the lfs water going in the tank :good:

Its only £3.99 i guess its not bad

but nope they only do spare parts on the site :S

but if that is the route you want to go down, I could pick one up for you and post it? it depends on when you need it for really! [and if there are any in lol]

thats brilliant thanks very much . as soon as you know what the postage charge is drop me a pm and il get the money to you.altho i only want it if it looks big enough to hold a 4 inch discus .

are you planing to use it to acclimatise your new discus, if so it is not big enough to do so, they are only suitable for fish up to 5cm
