Madagascar Rainbow Fish?

Do there mouths look red.
Also check bellies for redness.

They actually lose their color before they die, no redness.

Seen pictures of fish with open red mouths. Think it called 

Enteric redmouth disease
There not much information about open mouths. Only things like something
lodged in the mouth, which I doubt will all the same fish having the same problem.
 
How do the fish gills looks?

Well about 5/9 of them died from the mouth thing.
 
There wasnt anything lodged in them.
 
They swam around and acted normal, except near their deaths they stayed around the top of the tank.

Just check there remaining fish gills.
As sometimes gill flukes can cause fish to cough and open there mouths.
Apart from what I had already mentioned I can't think of anything else to which is causing this.

I have no idea what caused this genocide, the only fish that survived is the ones that I added a long time ago, all new ones died

Probably bad stock from LFS. Have you phoned them to explain what's happened.

It came from my wholesaler pretty much directly, I picked up the bag at the store the day it got there, but yea it seems they are I'll kept at the wholesaler, unless it's some how my fault, I don't know what I did wrong if it was me though...

I suppose that must be the most frustrating thing - not knowing what actually went wrong.
