Found this white growth on my Black Neon about a day ago, it seems to be eating fine and swimming fine just rapidly breathing and occasionaly going to the surface.
Done a little research, could it be lymphocytosis?

I've recently done a water change, added conditioner, ammonia remover, bacteria start, and a bit of salt.
Apparently lymphocytosis doesnt have a cure but just good tank husbandry?
