Lumpy cardinals

Hi guys. I have noticed that after feeding my cardinal tetras flakes they come out in lumps underneath. I only feed them every 2 days and i am not over feeding. I have also tried feeding peas which dosnt put them out in lumps however when i put them back on to flakes the lumps reappear. Any ideas as to what this could be or any cures?

You mean they have lumpy poo? So long as the poo is normal color (red, brown, or greenish) and width I don't see a problem.

No not their poo, i mean the fish come out in lumps almost looks like cysts around the belly area. Then it goes away again a while after feeding
